If first impressions are anything to go buy then you are in for a treat. On arrival, you are welcomed by beautiful gardens, a fantastic koi pond, and the famous goat shed which is somewhat of a landmark for the Fairview Cheese and Wine Estate. With a range of 20 cow’s and goats milk cheeses as well as an amazing variety of world-class wines, you can expect nothing less than a spectacular experience. The tasting room is warm and welcoming with four barrel-shaped tasting stations, each with a well informed wine host to guide you through your tasting. At R40 you will get six wine tastings and a variety of cheeses for you to enjoy.
Fairview Cheese and Wine Estate is one of the best in the country and has been building its reputation since the 1970s. Their innovative approach to winemaking makes this tasting room a must-visit! If you get the chance the 2017 merlot is still to this day one of our all-time favourites and a must buy.
