The interior takes on an industrial aesthetic as it is set within the distillery itself, and decorated with traditional copper distilling equipment. The indoor seating boasts an arrangement of high and low tables, complemented by seating options at the bar. Additionally, there is also a spacious outside seating area, just begging you to relax and enjoy a delicious drink in the sun. The ambiance is laid-back, complemented by the warm and hospitable staff.

There is a great list of signature cocktails available which have been cleverly named after local beaches, one of the main draw cards is their selection of world-class, award-winning gins which have been distilled traditionally. To fully appreciate their craft we highly recommend trying one of their gin tastings. For beer lovers, they run a nano brewery on-site offering amazing small-batch beers for you to try. Friday evenings is when things pick up and you will be able to enjoy some of the best wood-fired pizzas in town made by their neighbours, Maillard Baking Co.
